What I do lives somewhere between the kitchen, my studies, and everyday family life.

I share my cooking, the recipes I make, adapt, and test at home, inspired by the Mediterranean way of eating and designed for real families, real time, and real life.

I share my studies and what I am learning along the way, especially around maternity and early childhood nutrition. Not as rules, but as reflections, ideas, and tools you can take or leave, and make your own.

I also, share thoughts, questions, and small ideas about raising little ones around food, curiosity, flexibility, and building a healthy relationship with eating from the very beginning.

And sometimes, I step out from behind the screen.
